Feel Good Friday: Meet this Week's Featured Non-Profit, Range of Motion Project

Every Friday at 10am, the entire team at West + Main Homes Colorado comes together in a virtual meeting room to learn, share, grow, and connect.

The Executive Team provides updates regarding the state of the local and national Real Estate industry, sometimes there are special industry guests or a panel of agents sharing lessons learned, success stories, or something else that the entire group can benefit from.

West + Main agents are also invited to nominate their favorite non-profit organization. All of the nominees are entered into a drawing, and a winner is randomly drawn at the end of our meeting to receive a $500 donation from West + Main on behalf of the agent who nominated them.

We call it Feel Good Friday!

What is our Mission?

We believe in equal access to prosthetic and orthotic services that facilitate independence through mobility.

We recognize the dual hardships of living in poverty with a disability, and stand in solidarity with those who are made to suffer from an unequal distribution of care.

We understand that disability is caused by broken devices and broken healthcare systems – not broken bodies – and we work to increase the mobility, visibility, and dignity of all those marginalized by lack of access to rehabilitative technology.

Looking to volunteer?

This program gives volunteers the opportunity to work alongside ROMP’s in country staff to provide patient care and to exchange best-practices in prosthetic care and physical and occupational therapy.

Volunteers will put their skills into action, taking a group of patients from evaluation and casting to delivery and training in an intense clinical week in Zacapa, Guatemala or Quito, Ecuador.

They impact both patients and staff, and walk away with a greater understanding of the issues facing people with amputation in Latin America.
