Every Friday at 10am, the entire team at West + Main Homes Colorado comes together in a virtual meeting room to learn, share, grow, and connect.
The Executive Team provides updates regarding the state of the local and national Real Estate industry, sometimes there are special industry guests or a panel of agents sharing lessons learned, success stories, or something else that the entire group can benefit from.
West + Main agents are also invited to nominate their favorite non-profit organization. All of the nominees are entered into a drawing, and a winner is randomly drawn at the end of our meeting to receive a $500 donation from West + Main on behalf of the agent who nominated them.

Who is Cupid’s Charity?
In 2010, a group of do-gooders, led by co-founders Brendan Hanrahan, Chad Leathers and Bobby Gill, dropped their pants and ran through the D.C. cold to raise money for research to help end neurofibromatosis (NF), a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. They ran in their undies because those affected with NF can’t cover up their tumors, so they decided to strip down in solidarity.
Since 2010, Cupid’s Charity was created and became a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission to end NF by funding much needed research. We have raised over $20,850,000 to date, with 100% of net proceeds funding research through our partner the Children’s Tumor Foundation, the world’s leader in NF research.

Impact
100% of net proceeds from our programs goes towards NF research through our partner, the Children’s Tumor Foundation.
The Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) and Cupid’s Charity are both 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. CTF prides itself on its 4-Star Charity Navigator rating, spending over 80% of its revenue on programs and research. The Children’s Tumor Foundation was established in 1978 as the first grassroots organization dedicated to finding treatments for NF. Today, CTF is a highly recognized, national, non-profit foundation, and a model for innovative research endeavors.
CTF’s point of pride is in the NF clinical trials, which will result in approved treatments for patients. The Foundation’s research initiatives have generated 116 preclinical studies that have led to 16 clinical trials, including the advancement of the drug Selumetinib, which has been shown to shrink tumors over 70% of the time in NF1 patients. Selumetinib has been granted ‘Breakthrough Therapy Designation’ by the FDA.
