Every Friday at 10am, the entire team at West + Main Homes Colorado comes together in a virtual meeting room to learn, share, grow, and connect.

The Executive Team provides updates regarding the state of the local and national Real Estate industry, sometimes there are special industry guests or a panel of agents sharing lessons learned, success stories, or something else that the entire group can benefit from.

West + Main agents are also invited to nominate their favorite non-profit organization. All of the nominees are entered into a drawing, and a winner is randomly drawn at the end of our meeting to receive a $500 donation from West + Main on behalf of the agent who nominated them.

We call it Feel Good Friday!

Who is Colorado Homeownership Coalition?

Life can sometimes prove unsteady.  Unforeseen medical bills, work layoffs and other catastrophic events can disrupt everyday living.  When these things happen, a family should not have to worry about the roof over their head.  This is why we created the Colorado Homeownership Coalition.

Our non-profit provides mortgage assistance to homeowners experiencing a temporary disruption in income to avoid delinquent mortgage payments and ultimately resume self-sufficiency.  The Colorado Homeownership Coalition is a financial lifeline for individuals and families that need a helping hand.

The Colorado Homeownership Coalition assists individuals and families by supporting programs that promote and provide sustainable homeownership in our communities.

Our first recipients story

This is the first family that we have helped, and we are so honored to do so. Olivia Beare’s husband, Steven, set out to climb Mount Elbrus in Russia and was overcome by a 2-day whiteout storm. Steven did not return.

Efforts were made to locate him and then with no success, to retrace Steve’s route. Unfortunately, they have not found him, nor any of his gear. Olivia and her son were put in a situation with their home and their mortgage that seemed insurmountable. Olivia says, “Just keeping our lives going as we had planned is really important to me.”

Because of the generosity of the many donations to our cause, we were able to assist the family and help Olivia stay in her home.
