Georgia has enjoyed an almost forty-year career in many various areas of real estate. She is a past Idaho REALTOR® of the Year, Past Idaho Women’s Council of REALTORS®- Pres, an Idaho Business Review- Woman of the Year nominee and served on the Idaho Real Estate Commission, Education Council.

Additionally, Georgia is an NAR RPAC Hall of Fame member and a past chair of NAR’s Housing Opportunity, Smart Growth Advisory Board and Land Use, Private Property and Environment Committees. Currently she serves as an NAR Director.

She is a real estate broker and for the past 15 years she has owned an education company, teaching real estate education, post licensing CE and designation courses from Alaska to New Jersey and lots of states in between. She holds a CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) certification. She is happiest when she is exploring the world with her husband, Dave or hosting a dinner party for family and friends.

WHY: The marital home is the largest asset most families own and is a lightning rod of emotions in a divorce. Most families make a costly uninformed decision about what to do with their home. This class informs brokers how to guide divorcing homeowners to a fully informed decision which leads them to a positive post-divorce future.

CE CREDITS: 2 (In order to receive CE credits, you must: have video capability, have video on and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes or participate in any distractions during class. CE credits will not be given to those who fail to follow these guidelines.)

CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. RDM - Redmond/Bend Airport, also known as Roberts Field is serviced by major airlines including United, Alaska, American, Delta, and Avelo. Non-stop service on the west coast.

Transportation?

You will not need to rent a car, unless you'd like to explore beyond Bend! We will help recommend and arrange airport transportation to downtown .

In the great market shift of 2023 it's not enough to attract clients, we need to attract buyer and seller clients that are willing and able to TRANSACT in the current market conditions. We go over how to identify who the transacting clients in your specific market and how to attract them with your prospecting.

That said, the market shift won't last forever. How do we maintain our sphere of influence even when the best thing for them might be to sit out for a period of time? We will also be auditing our sphere to assess whether our current sphere is sufficient to support our 2023 goals or if we need to grow or prospect outside our sphere in 2023.

About Amy

Amy has been active in the real estate industry since 1992. Licensed from the outset, she discovered very soon that she preferred the team approach to being a solo agent. Amy ultimately became the team leader for STAR POWER® Star Cathy Russell of West Lafayette, Indiana. In Amy’s last full year with Cathy, the team closed 236 transactions for over $25 million in sales volume. In 1996, she was given the opportunity to join STAR POWER® Systems, the premier provider of education in the real estate industry. As Executive VP of STAR POWER® Systems, Amy was involved in all facets of business from business planning, budgets, and goal setting to hiring and firing, corporate vision, and development of key systems.

Amy became a certified coach (CPC) through the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, WA, completing her studies and earning her designation in June 2002. She became passionate about exposing others to the benefits of coaching and helping people create the business and life they’ve dreamed about.

In 2008, Amy opened Changing Lanes Consulting to dedicate her time and focus to helping people design the business and life they truly want.

She knows the challenge of maintaining balance in life and enjoys coaching others to find theirs.
