Thank You for Joining Us at Housapalooza!

This past Saturday, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors hosted their first ever Housapalooza, an event geared towards education first-time homebuyers and sellers!

If you weren’t able to make it to the event, check out this Resource Guide, which outlines many of the topics outlined at the conference.

West + Main Homes is so honored to have been apart of this event and can’t wait until next year! We are also so proud of West + Main Homes agent Nick Dipasquale, who was on the planning committee for the event.

"I am beyond proud of Housapalooza and to been part of it. It is why I got into this industry — to work alongside others who want to make a real difference, and to simplify real estate so that it may be accessible to people who would otherwise find it unattainable,” said Nick.

Amongst the speakers were new homeowners, including Nick’s client Donny, who spoke on a “Been There, Done That” Panel, sharing their experience with homeowner hopefuls.

As a sponsor of the event, a handful of West + Main Homes agents were able to see first-hand the impact of the event on community members and real estate professionals alike.

“Housapalooza really is a one stop shop for all things home buying,” said West + Main agent Ben Smith. “DMAR, West + Main and a smorgasbord of industry professionals put on an excellent event that was not only educational for consumers but an excellent opportunity for all real estate professionals to network and share ideas.”

With this event being the first of its kind, we can’t wait to see how it grows from here!

“Housapalooza was the perfect event to take my new client to,” said West + Main agent Alicia Duncan Coulter. “Attendees learned about everything from Fair Housing to options for mortgages to what to expect once you are under contract, setting the table for a great discussion after the event. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know, and I felt this was the perfect introduction to purchasing a home in today's market.”
