Instructors

Georgia Meacham

Georgia has enjoyed an almost forty-year career in many various areas of real estate. She is a past Idaho REALTOR® of the Year, Past Idaho Women’s Council of REALTORS®- Pres, an Idaho Business Review- Woman of the Year nominee and served on the Idaho Real Estate Commission, Education Council.

Additionally, Georgia is an NAR RPAC Hall of Fame member and a past chair of NAR’s Housing Opportunity, Smart Growth Advisory Board and Land Use, Private Property and Environment Committees. Currently she serves as an NAR Director.

She is a real estate broker and for the past 15 years she has owned an education company, teaching real estate education, post licensing CE and designation courses from Alaska to New Jersey and lots of states in between. She holds a CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) certification. She is happiest when she is exploring the world with her husband, Dave or hosting a dinner party for family and friends.
