I’m honored to represent Denver’s Realtors as part of DMAR’s Board of Directors. I’m a passionate fifth generation Denverite, and grateful for this opportunity to serve. This is a unique period for our industry and we have work to do; navigating the shift with a focus on service, grappling with affordability, driving engagement, making sure the voices of our membership are heard. This is a great time to get involved, and our actions now will have real impact on the future.
Hi there, I’m John Chapman- a 5th generation Denver native with Real Estate in my blood. Since jumping into the industry in 2018, I’ve quickly become a skilled owner, investor, and agent, and I have enjoyed every minute of my Real Estate Career.
My love for this city is palpable and I light up when people ask about it. From current events and local politics, to the colorful history of this great city, I can’t wait to share my passion for Denver with you. In addition, my in-depth knowledge of the variety of local metro area neighborhoods have helped my clients immensely in their decisions about the best place for them to live, invest and thrive.
When I work with clients, I bring a calm assertiveness and friendly demeanor that helps navigate either side of a tense negotiation or multiple offer situation. And, with my lovely wife Rebecca (who’s also a member of The Knoll Team!), we’ve created a powerful client experience that’s all about really listening to our clients and helping them smoothly and successfully navigate the process of buying or selling a home.
When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with my family - my two boys, John and Alex, and my amazing wife. Together we love volunteering at the kids’ school, coaching and attending sports, spending time with friends, and discovering new adventures in and around Denver that we can add to our “must-do” list.
