This advanced course will explore the power of in-depth and current market intelligence through a variety of preset statistics as well as statistics customized via user defined parameters. Students will learn the countless metrics they can generate from InfoSparks and how to share them to their customer base via multiple modalities.

Students will learn to generate pre-populated reports via FastStats. Students will learn how to generate statistics from MLS data as well as public records information found within Realist. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to generate preset reports as well as customize reports that meet their specific data needs.
