+ You will receive an invite to join our West + Main workspace to your personal email. The invite will instruct you to set up your account + reset your password.

Slack
+ Accept your invite to join our team’s Slack account (westandmainnc.slack.com). Download the Slack app to your laptop and phone. Make sure all notifications are on.
+ Join all of the #channels
+ Jump into conversations and start direct messaging!

NCREC Application

Create or transfer your account at North Carolina License Commission, which will process your Real Estate license.

+ Go to NCREC and follow the directions to apply for or transfer your license.
+ Firm’s License Number: C36896
+ Broker in Charge License Number: 318833

Create/Transfer your Carteret County Association of Realtors(CCAR) Account
+ Create or transfer your Carteret County Association of Realtors account.
+ This will cost $581/year billed December 1st

MLS Access
+ Create or transfer your FlexMLS account
+  This will cost you $151 quarterly

Sentrilock
+ Create or transfer you Sentrilock account
+ This will cost $110 annually

Property Showings
+ Create or transfer your account with Broker Bay
+  Change your email address and phone if needed.

Complete Fairhaven Training
+ We require all agents to complete the Fairhaven Fair Housing Training. Learn more + get started

Contracts
+ Create or transfer account with docusign & zipforms for contracts and e-signatures.

FAQ’s:

+West + Main’s commission split escalates + resets every year on your West + Main Anniversary.

80/20 up to $100,000 GCI (Gross Commission Income)
85/15 up to $150,000 GCI
90/10 up to $200,000 GCI
95/5 until your West + Main Anniversary, then reset to 80/20.

+ Your monthly roster fee is $100/month, and will be billed through Quickbooks. You can put a CC on file for auto-pay when you complete your onboarding packet.

+ All marketing collateral is included - listing/buyer presentations, folders, print-on-demand info sheets, greeting cards, stickers, pop-by tags, weekly e-newsletter and so much more.

+ All design time included.
