Compliance
+ If you have open files, please coordinate with Joy to get these closed out ASAP.
+ If you have active or pending transactions, please coordinate with Stacie to discuss how these will be handled, on a case by case basis

Transfer Necessary Emails
+ Upon your license expiration/transfer, you will be removed from Slack and Gmail. Please ensure you've gathered all required docs from your gmail account before your license is inactive!

Deactivate or Transfer with DORA
+ Go to DORA Real Estate and follow the directions to deactivate or transfer your license.
+ Then go to Online Services and click "Transfer / Activate / Inactivate License

Deactivate or Transfer Your E+O Insurance
+ You likely purchased through Williams Underwriting, RISC, or CRES. Contact the appropriate company to complete the transfer/cancel your insurance

Cancel/Transfer Other External Systems/Platforms
Don't forget to cancel your external memberships so you aren't charged! The usual sites are linked below for your convenience.
+ CTM Contract Software
+ Realtor Association Membership: DMAR or SMDRA
+ MLS Access at REColorado or other
+ Showingtime

Removal from Internal Systems
+ You will promptly be removed from all internal systems - nothing is needed on your part here!
+ This includes your Custom Agent Subdomain, REW, When I Work, Real Satisfied, Brandfolder, and Brokermint
