A W+M Agent’s Guide to Octoberfest

It’s almost time for Octoberfest!

Octoberfest is our biggest client event of the year, and is a crowd favorite! Whether this is your first Octoberfest with W+M or your eighth, we’ve gathered some resources for you to learn more about the event.

Above are our official Octoberfest save the date graphics. You can save directly from this page to share, or find them in #social-graphics on slack. Print versions are also available at all offices.

For the first time ever, we’ll have proceeds from the event to donate to our non-profit partner, Project I See You.

Every dollar from entry wristbands + pumpkins will be donated!

Project I See You’s Mission

Project I See You is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to helping women take ownership over their lives and radically transforming the communities around them. We strive to create a world where all women are seen, heard, and valued through a transformative exchange of service, healing, and mutual understanding.

We believe in breaking down barriers and challenging women to step outside their comfort zones to promote growth and positive impact within their communities.

Reserving Wristbands + Pumpkins

Wristband reservations are live now! You can reserve both here. Every single person who enters the event(including yourself!) will need a wristband. Wristbands will not be available at the door. Any pumpkins not reserved in advance will be available for purchase at the event via a donation directly to project I See You!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out this typeform to reserve your wristbands + pumpkins prior to October 3rd

  2. Pick up wristbands at your preferred office. We will fill orders as they are received + notify you when they are ready for pick up!

  3. Deliver wristbands to your clients prior to the event

  4. Attend the event + hang out with clients!
